The development process brushless motor
A motor company's R & D personal expected that as for domestic air-conditioning duct manufacturer’s brushless DC fan motor technology, the eventual adoption of the situation should not be many this year. It is basically the same with domestic air conditioner manufacturers’ prediction. The person thinks that now belongs to the industry transition. At least in the next year, brushless DC motor application in the fixed-frequency air-conditioning will be "eyes of the beholder, the wise see wisdom."
However, the major motor manufacturers set up factories in China, such as the Japanese Panasonic, and China's Wolong Shibaura, Welling, Zhongshan ocean, Hisense Yingjia are dedicated to their own transformation and the promotion of brushless DC motor. The DC brushless motor is rarely applied in the industry before, but it can be expected that with the improvement of fixed-frequency air-conditioning energy efficiency levels, the proportion of DC brushless motor would be greatly enhanced.
