China is The Origin of E-bikes
As we all know that electric bicycle or e-bike is one of the most environmentally friendly forms of transportation we have in this day. In fact, an e-bike is simply a bicycle with an attached motor on it so that it can assist the rider to drive without any efforts. It is just a simple mode of transportation that was initially developed a century ago. Actually, it took a full century before the electric powered bicycle we have come to know was first mass produced and became commercially available. Believe it or not, the electric bicycle is the beginning of the electric revolution in Asia, particularly in China. In China, e-bikes are the most widely used means of transport by the Chinese people. As a matter of fact, it even outnumbered other transport modality in the Chinese mainland. Today, China is the world's leading producer of e-bikes.
