The Boom of Electric Bikes in China
Just as we can see that more and more Chinese are starting to use the electric bikes. Even there are many families that have more than one electric bike. Electric bike manufacturers are convinced that Chinese will turn to e-bikes that can be pedaled like a bike or ridden like a scooter. They’ve been around for a while, but the third-generation e-bikes arriving in bike shops feature relatively lightweight frames and fast-charge, removable batteries. They’re easy to ride, a cinch to store and dirt cheap to run. Dozens of e-bike manufacturers attended Interbike for the first time. Many e bikes manufactures claim the battery’s good for 25 miles and can be recharged in as little as seven minutes using a commercial charger. Electric bikes are a dramatically growing phenomenon within the China, and we intend to be a serious contender within the e-bike category.
