The development detections of servo system
Modular, network, industry technology-based local area network and factory automation (Factory Automation referred to as FA) engineering has gained considerable development and shows good momentum of development in the past decade at abroad. To meet this development trend, the latest
servo systems are equipped with standard serial communication interface (such as RS-232C or RS-422 interfaces, etc.) and dedicated LAN interface. The settings of these interface significantly enhanced the interconnection capacity between servo unit and other control devices, so as to make the connection with CNC systems has become very simple, just a cable or fiber optic cable can connected several, or even dozens of servo unit and host computer into the CNC system.
In summary, the
servo motor system will develop in two directions. One is to meet the requirements of general industrial applications, especially for less demanding applications occasions and low cost
motor driver products, such as variable frequency motor, inverter and so on. Another is to represent the level of the servo system’s development leading product – such as servo motor,
servo motor controller.
