Siemens Drive Technologies introduced a new large inertia servo motor; 1FK7-HI will enrich 1FK7 product line. Because of the large amount of inertia inherent in the product, so its control is more responsive and reliable, it is ideal for large variable-inertia load situation.

 This year's European Machine Tool Exhibition (EMO) Held in Milan, Siemens Drive Technologies debut its new 1FK7 large inertia servo motor for the first time. This type of motor is used for machine tool axes and auxiliary axes. Compared with similar products, the new 1FK7-HI large inertia servo motor has greater inherent inertia, thus the response function of motor control are more reliable and suitable for large variable-inertia load situation. Adopting SINUMERIK motor controls system and using 1FK7 series motor drive system has a very high forming precision, it is not need to do time-consuming adjustment the controller according to the situation.
